What you will learn through training in the KJ Combat System?

Every session is designed to sharpen neuroplasticity, reflexes, timing, and decision-making under stress, so your body learns to respond fast, clean, and with control, not hesitation.

We develop sharper reflexes, faster reactions, stronger movement patterns, and better choices under pressure, so when it counts, you move with confidence and purpose.

You will train distance, timing, angles, and composure through structured partner work and reaction-based drills that build real fighting literacy.

Movement, Footwork and Control

  • Fighting stance, guard, posture, breathing under effort
  • Step-in and step-out timing, angles, pivots, circling and cutting off space
  • Range control (close, mid, long) and distance management
  • Balance, base, hip alignment and weight transfer for clean power

Reflex, Defence and Reaction

  • Reaction drills (visual and call-based cues)
  • Defensive responses: slip, cover, parry, evade and reset
  • Counter-timing: intercept, hit-and-move, create space
  • Composure under pressure: freeze-to-action control

Striking Fundamentals and Combos

  • Hands: straight shots, hooks, uppercuts, elbows (mechanics and targets)
  • Legs: low-line kicks and knee strikes with safe recovery
  • Combination building (simple to complex)
  • Accuracy, timing and power mechanics (hip drive, torque, snap)

Pads, Bag Work and Conditioning Rounds

  • Pad sequences for timing, accuracy, volume and control
  • Heavy bag rounds for power, endurance and technique integrity
  • Defence built into combinations (not static hitting)
  • Finisher rounds: short bursts under fatigue

You do not need to be β€œfit” to start. You need the willingness to train.

Training is scaled to your level.

You will start with foundations and build up safely over time, with options to reduce impact, intensity, and volume where needed.
