KJ has been teaching Karate for 20 years and training for over 30 years. After years of running large class groups in a commercial format, he prefers to teach small, structured karate classes for kids and adults, with clear progression and individual attention.

KJ’s Karate classes are run very differently, focusing on plyometrics, calisthenics, functional movements , strength training, pad work, group exercises, stretching and fun!
