Shaji Joseph is the Namaste Warrior Yoga Founder. KJ Arts Centre has partnered with Shaji to bring Namaste Warrior Yoga to you.
Shaji brings a deep 2 decade understanding of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, blending Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles to guide students toward enhanced mobility, strength, balance, and inner calm. His extensive experience ensures personalized sessions that nurture both body and mind, fostering a serene and empowering yoga journey.
Shaji’s credentials:

- 22 years of experience in Yoga practice

What to expect in a session?
Most sessions include
